Is the service free?
 
Not only is our service totally free but in most cases we reward users by giving them a cash discount from participating restaurants during promotional periods.
 
How does it work?
 
Orders are placed online and sent wirelessly to our restaurant terminals where they are reviewed and accepted.
 
How do I place an order?
 
Enter your postcode, choose a restaurant, select your food, and select the way you would like to pay.
 
Ok a little more detail… When you land on the homepage you simply enter your postcode into the postcode search box.
 
If you don`t know your postcode click on don't know your postcode and we will help you find it. Once you have entered your postcode, click on find now. You will now be taken to your restaurant list page, here you will find a number of restaurants, you will also notice tabs next to each restaurant, showing if they are open or closed. Using the grid on the left hand side you can narrow down your search by multi selecting icons, so if you're only in the mood for Pizza or Indian just select these two options so you`ll only see the relevant results. Once you have selected your restaurant, click on the delivery or collection button to proceed.
 
Now you’re ready to view the menu and add items to your cart, once you’re happy with your order just proceed to the checkout where you can pay by card or cash on delivery/collection.
 
How do I use voucher codes?
 
Valid voucher codes can be redeemed simply by typing in the code into the voucher box on your payment screen.
 
What if I don’t know my postcode?
 
We will help you find it just simply click on don’t know my postcode and fill in the form, and we will do the rest.
 
Do I need to register to place an order?
 
No you do not need to register to place an order.
 
When will my confirmation of order be received.
 
Once you have placed your order you will be asked to wait while the restaurant reviews your order and accept your order (30-90 secs).

Problem with food?
 
If you have a problem with your food in the first instance contact the restaurant directly.  If you would like to make a complaint, please email info@easyfood.co.uk.
 
How do I pay?
 
There are a number of ways you can pay for your order, cash on collection/delivery or by credit/debit card online.
 
What is MyMenu?
 
MyMenu is an extra tab that appears on the menu when you log in, allowing users to add favourites for individual restaurants, speeding up the process for future orders. So you can have a short listed custom menu for your local restaurants.
